how can i enable the app from my computer

Here is my situation. A co worker stole my phone. I didnt know about this app. The phone was on. I purchase the gotya app and installed it from my google play.

How can I enable it from my pc


Please help. I really want my phone back

Well, I don't think that there is a need of running GotYa app, I am sure if your Google account is Still linked with the app then you can directly use it to track down the location of your device, Yesterday I was surfing on the Google PlayStore on that under settings>Click Android device manager and viola it will just show your device location.
