Hi i am using it is a site that pays you per download it gives you 0.05$ for US download and 0.01$ for non US download, you can use it with any other ad network in the same app like admob etc. it is allowed by the google play store and admob policies...it install a icon shortcut to the user only if he accepts it. the user may delete it whenever he wants. they pay to paypal or bank,
