Offline turn-by-turn Navigation?

Hello

I would like to create an offline turn-by-turn navigation map.

is it possible to create an app like this that can navigate to offline maps and make a shortest path or route without using internet connection?

can somebody help me please?

Hello,

Yes, it's possible and there are some apps on the Play Store that do exactly that.
NDrive is one example.

Offline turn by turn navigation is a complex subject and completely outside my scope of knowledge.
