If you want to develop a movie/book trivia app, will you be able to use the names of characters, places etc. in your questions and answers?
I will be writing my own questions and answers and do not intend to use any pictures or logos in my app.
Also concerning the name of the app. Should I refrain from mentioning a specific name for example: Instead of using "Harry Potter movie trivia" should you rather say Magic movie trivia.
Any help would be appreciated.
