Free Android app, named "Typeshake". Available on Google Play:

This is one of the "large text on fullscreen" apps. But the best one
* Handy color picker:
allows to pick two colors (text and background) at the same time.
* Text fills the screen.
No scroll, No running text - all the text is on you screen.
* Shake animations:
are the main trick of this app. No other "large text on screen" apps have it.
* Changeable fonts.
* Landscape and portrait.
Just type your text, pick any shake effect you want, click on the screen to enter fullscreen mode and shake it.
