Trying to start Hello World in Eclipse getting errors

The error reads :
[2014-08-27 22:56:05 - appcompat_v7] WARNING: unable to write jarlist cache file C:\Users\Reaper\workspace\appcompat_v7\bin\jarlist.cache

Please help.

Just refresh the appcompat_v7 folder or change the jarlist cache destination/ location

did not face this issue but may be this can help

Also got the same problem today. Having all the required components installed and configured, I had a different approach to the solution.
On the Menu bar, Project->Properties->Java build path. On the "Order and Export" tab, make sure you have checked all the libraries the project is referring to, in my case the "Android 4.4
