My s4 updated with the lollipop update. now my phone barely connects to wifi even if I try my mobile it says no data. Screen blacks out all the time camera goes away. just to name a few issues. I went into verizon shortly after they said there would be an update in July That did not happen still waiting. Meanwhile had to up my data plan so now paying more for less service. Even did a factory reset that did not help. Any suggestions? Besides be patient.
