Hi, my name is Tom and these days I live in Italy, although originally from England. I'm having a few problems transfering data from my old phone (Samsung GT-S5830) to my new (old) phone, a Samsung GT-I8200N.
Hopefully, I can get some help here.

Hello Tom

For transferring data u can use micro SD card if your phone support or u can transfer the data to computer and than from computer to new device
or u can even use file sharing apps like share-it ,xander etc.

Check if you still have enough memory. If you have I would recommend you to do basic troubleshooting like soft or hard reset.
