I want to buy a external storage medium for archiving all family photos and videos that will work with my galaxy tab s5e sm-t720,need something that that will last,all advice welcome please

Why not some cloud storage such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Amazon AWS, MEGA, ......
