How do I stop my WhatsApp business from being suspended? I get leads from Facebook ads with a WhatsApp CTA link, I reply to them with personalized messages but still keep getting my WhatsApp suspended. I hear that API solves this? How to do it?

Do you know what type your WhatsApp suspension is? Temporary suspension lasts anywhere between 24 – 48 hours to a few days.

You can also appeal on your own.

  1. Send an email to WhatsApp Support ( smb_web@support.whatsapp.com ).
  2. Reinstall the app and hit the support button that appears in the initial installation steps.
