  • I bought two Note 7s one with T-Mobile that went back without a hitch and the second one was from eBay from a private seller then immediately closed his store after they started blowing up. I fought with Samsung for 5 months to take the phone back which they finally did it's been nine months since they've taken that phone and I've still yet to get my $980 reimbursement check!! To add insult to injury they send me to promo codes last week for the two phones that I bought that were note 7's. Neither one of the codes worked! then they wanted me to pull up last year's receipts. after going to T-Mobile and waiting in line for 2 hours and getting my receipts coming home uploading them to PDF format and then emailing them the Samsung I still have yet to hear anything after 15 phone calls and two weeks later... so they treating me like crap with my Note 7 now they're treating me like crap to try to get a NOTE 8.. and all I've ever done is defend that company especially the people who love Apple since the Note II was around. I've owned every Note device ever made. They got the worst customer service and they treat people like s***

Samsung is NOT allowing all Note 7 user to participate in the promo. They only picked certain phones to allow as a trade in. I spoke to 3 people at Samsung and all stated that because I purchased a HTC 10, I was ineligible for the Note 7 discount. So not only did I get screwed with the Note 7, they aren't even interested in keeping me as a customer anymore.

  • Hmm, shouldn't the title be "SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8: WHERE TO GET THE BEST DEAL ... IN THE US" ? It's misleading as it stands.

  • This phablet is way,way too expensive for most of us but any way people will still go out there to buy this phone!

  • as a buyer who bought the gn7 I will not even consider if i don't get a allowance for going through the crap storm last year if I don't get a bargain form Samsung / at&t I don't care who ! well I have to revise my comment I went with sammy and got my discount not from at@t cheap *^# so Sammy heard my plea and went with them much better with a the gifts can't wait tell 9/15th I hope

    • I read something yesterday that for the previous owners of Note 7, Samsung is offering 400-450$ discount towards Note 8. Google it. You might be in luck.

      • Samsung wanted me to give them my Note 7 which I sent it to them and still have yet to get reimbursed my check for $980. In the meantime I had to repurchase a Note 5 that cost me an additional $750! Samsung said if I give them my brand new $750 phone bill give me $200 off a Note 8! Wowwww... maybe I could afford one if I would pay me back for my Note 7 that they took
