ID4me is an internet service that enables its users to log in to many different internet services with one account. This is also known as "single sign on".
Unlike existing global single sign on solutions like the ones from Google or Facebook, ID4me does not track and analyze the internet surfing habits of its users. ID4me will make sure that the surfing habits stay secret.
Also, ID4me does not belong to an enterprise. It is an open standard that is maintained by a nonprofit organization. Anyone who wants to can participate. This way the users can chose freely between different ID4me providers and can also change the provider anytime.
The Nexus 5 was presented on October 31st 2013. As the successor to the LG built Nexus 4, this newcomer was also crafted by this manufacturer. The Google Phone of 2013 comes with a Snapdragon 800 processor, as well as two models with either 16 or 32 GB of internal storage. The camera has a resolution of 8 MP and employs optical image stabilization and a multi-focus function. The display at 4.95 inches is bigger than the Nexus 4 and has a significantly higher pixel density. The Nexus 5 chassis is more compact and hardly any bigger. This is the first smartphone to come with Android 4.4 KitKat and will be available as of November 2013.
