The Moto X is the first sign of life out of the company following Motorola's acquisition by Google in 2012. Released in North America in August 2013, the Moto X is characterized less by excellent hardware rather than by software with innovative features and optimizations. In addition to features such as "active notifications" and many possibilities for gesture controls, the Moto X is also always ready to respond to voice commands. Another special feature is the individualization of the Moto X, with 18 different colors and materials for housing available. So far, the Moto X can only be bought in the U.S. and in Brazil.
