The Samsung Galaxy S is the first of the Galaxy S series presenting Samsung’s larger smartphones. Introduced in 2010, the handset sold five million units in its first six months on sale. The Galaxy S comes packing a processor running at 1 GHz, and a Super AMOLED 4-inch screen along with 512 MB of RAM. The 5 MP camera has no flash, but allows for HD video whih can record at 30 frames per second. The Samsung Galaxy S comes with Android version 2.2 Froyo operating system, upgradeable to version 2.3 Gingerbread.
