How to run Android's CTS on windows using Cygwin tool on an emulator.

To execute startcts script file,i am using Cygwin. I have added SDK_ROOT="Andriod-SDK-windows root directory" in environment variables. while executing startcts script file using "$ bash startcts".. script is executing and as output its showing

$ bash startcts

and.

I am not able to get to 'CTS Console' screen.

Please help me to get to CTS Console.
