When you say to get them on a PC, what do you mean exactly? Are you wanting to play Android games on a computer?

Unfortunately, its not possible to run an Android app on a computer...YET. If you read up on Ubuntu, it seems like this option will be available in the future, but as of now, you ll need an android powered phone or tablet to play games on.
