Is that an app? If so you should just be able to get it from the amazon store... I tried googling it and I couldn't find anything with that name.

Yes , CityWorld is an app I purchased from Amazon App Store.I also purchased CafeWorld and FashionWorld from them.I need to have neighbors to build certain buildings.

Sorry,It is called CityStory,RestaurantStory,and FashionStory.

It looks like City Story, Restaurant Story and Fashion Story are all available in the Amazon app store. Just go to Amazon.com, click on the tab next to the search bar and select "apps for Android," then type in the name.
