You mean like an anti-theft app? I recommend Cerebrus. It guards against phone thieves by enabling you to track your lost phone, snap a photo of whomever tries, unsuccessfully, to unlock it and allows you to wipe your phone remotely.

hello thanks but not i am looking for more close to network monitor the android device and maybe informing you if someone is trying to access your phone like hack it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm....I havent heard of such an app, but surely something like that exists. Have you found anything when you Google'd it?
