Starting to develop apps, what's allowed?

Developing android apps, what is allowed?

Hi, i'm starting to do apps with afriend for some guys who have app buider, it is a simple wallpaper, pictures, radio and content apps..

what is allowed od google play?

Quotes from famous people? like "jerry seinfeld quotes" "barack obama quotes" etc ?
Pictures.... "pamela anderson sexy photos" "hot kim kardashian photos"?
wallpapers...like "lebron james wallpapers" "la lakers live wallpaper", "justin bieber live wallpaper"???

i know cartoons and films are now allowed, as i heard, they suspend accounts for that, but what's allowed, and how, disclaimers and stuff???

This still don't help me, lol..coz i see apps with names like i suggested on google play, but then again, i know they sometimes suspend some with similar ideas, mostly cartoons, series, movies...

Well, all I can tell you is that if you follow those guidelines your app will not be removed from the marketplace. I know it's shifty because there are apps out there that break some of these rules, but it is what it is.

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of app are you developing (just a quick description)?
