How can i display subtitles to the video at the bottom of the video screen while video is being played.

Hi Sharath,
What video are you talking about exactly? A YouTube video?
Then if that is the case, if it doesn't come with subtitles, you can opt to have the text automatically transcribe in the box under the video, as shown in the pic below:
You can choose the language as well, I believe.
