my device shows black screen with sumsung across and its blinking can anyone help me please!!!!

We will need to know what you did before this started happening, otherwise it's hard to help. Did you root the phone or anything?

I think doing a factory reset will help you out !! Get your device to the boot menu by holding power+volume button until you seen the Android logo and then what you are going to do is using the volume up and down button navigate to the factory reset and then use the power button to select it wait for the resetting process to be complete and wait for your device to wake up !!
