I am inquiring about the current behavior of the fee and payment schedule for Google Play inapp digital transactions:
1. The only available Payment Processor available for Google Play application appears to be "Google Wallet" ambigously refered to as Google Play Inapp Billing. It is not clear whether the total fee for in-app digital purchases is:
a) 70%
b) 70% plus the additional fees from said Payment Processor (Google Wallet), the smaller amount between 5% or 1.9%+$.3/transaction
2. It is specified in the Google Wallet terms:
"GPC will use commercially reasonable efforts to electronically transfer funds to Seller's Settlement Account before the end of the second business day (excluding bank holidays) after the day that Payment Transactions are submitted for capture by Seller."
However, it has been specified on the web that the current payment schedule behavior is:
15 days after the monthly period for which the transaction occurs, changed from what appears to be 2 days after the monthly period in which the transaction occured.
Please specify an answer to these 2 questions.
