Help! Need Someone to publish my app on Play Store

Hi,
I have developed an application for Android about Football , titled 'Football Ramblers' . The app is totally free , no ads , no in-app purchases etc. It is a simple football quiz. I couldn't publish the app in the play store because of the registration fee.
I would be glad if any of you can help me out and publish my app, I will give you all the app details.

I have already uploaded it in Amazon Store (as it doesn't require any registration fee).

it says 'To prevent spam in our forums, new users may not post links to external sites.'
Another way is to google 'Amazon App Store' and search ' Football Ramblers'.
Do let me know , if you want me to post the link through some other way
