I have recently upgraded my moto g 2nd gen mobile to 5.0.2 lollipop, after this upgrade ,I hear only beap sound as ring tone, even after trying setting new tone also hearing same beap sound, could you please suggest what can be done.

Even I have a moto G(2014) and I updated to lollipop 5.0.2. Even I'm experiencing the same problem as you mentioned above.I could only hear a beep sound even if I had set a ringtone of my choice. I have enquired many about this problem. But no solution i have found so far.I hope with the lollipop update 5.1 this problem may get solved . Let's hope for the best.
