Rooted Galaxy S5 Dowload Manager accidently Disabled

I need help. I have rooted my galaxy S5 and saved titanium backup pro and disable accidently download manager. Now I can't Dowload anything and can't access my titanium backup.

You can enable it from application manager in settings

Thanks a lot fro your response.
I don't think it is so easy. It is not in my Application manager anymore. I don't have also the Google Play services in my application manager anymore. When I open my File press on the Download history it says. "Download manager is disabled".
I tried to recover it through Alliance4,4_s5_base recovery Rom and Rom manger apk in the external storage SD card. I got stuck in reboot mode. It says "E: failed to mount file. no such file or directory"

Did you use Titanium to freeze it, or did you disable it in system settings? Plus why can't you access your backup?
