Not blocked, but can't send/receive message or see photo

Hello mates,

Since a few days I have 1 contact that looks like she blocked me (can't see her photo and messages only get 1 v.). The problem is, she hasn't blocked me and has exactly the same problem. I don't have this with any other contact. Already tried to re-add her to my phonebook or checked if I blocked her. Neither worked. Anyone got advice?

Does you can send message to her? and she can get back replay to you? if you can message both each other then, that girl has changed her privacy settings thats why you are not able to see profile photo.
