Hi Walter! Well, there are many factors one considers before choosing a VPN such as:
- Number of Servers
- Features such as P2P file sharing, split tunneling, multi logins etc
None of the VPNs out there are good enough to fulfill all these factors. but as far as P2P file sharing and anonymity is concerned, I'll recommend Ivacy VPN. Have been using it for quite some time now, and except for a minor installation problem, which the support team took care of, I never experience any problem. And one more thing, never go for a free VPN! There's always a catch!

The best way to choose a VPN I say is security check, because we use it to make sure our online identity is secure with them, some free or cheap VPNs claim that they give you 100% anonymity, but actually they are unable to do that, they some how reveal your IP to the ISP. So some features you must look for when choosing a VPN are;
No. of IPs they offer.
