Actually, if you have backed up your data via iCloud, you can go to the web page to preview the data and select some of them to export to PC but it just can support part of the data.

iTunes can help, but it is difficult to use. As many people said, third-party iPhone file manager is the best way to go. There're many cool easy-to-operate programs you can try, for example WinX MediaTrans. You can follow the How-to tutorial to transfer data from iPhone to computer and vice versa.

Hi, I suppose you have tried USB cable? If it doesn't help, I guess you can only use some third-party applications. For me, I'm using Apowersoft Phone Manager. It works well. Other alternatives you can use like iTools, pushbullet or wireless app AirMore.

I use Airmore :)

I have activated the iCloud on my Iphone 6 but every alternate day i get the message that the data has not been backed up. Although my device is connected to the charger, is locked and has a working wi-fi connection.
What could be the issue i am clueless about it? Am i doing something wrong or following the wrong process?

Such as the iPhone data transfer issues , what you need is a USB cable to connect your iPhone to pc , you'd better install a iPhone data transfer app to help,
