migrate data from windows phone to android

Hello everybody!
after almost 4 years I'm changing my current windows phone smartphone (WP 8.1) going to android.
I absolutely need to migrate my apps (especially for Whatsapp) from the old smartphone to the new one and I DON'T KNOW HOW!

Please HELP ME! I don't want to loose everything!

I guess it's just not possible because of the different format they might be using to store.
