Can someone tell me if this software works or consumes too much to be worth it?

I've been running a program called "All in One Toolbox" for a while now. I know that most Android aficionados say that any software that runs in the background to improve your phone if probably bogus, but I'd like a little clarification on this particular software I got the Google Playstore.

This program does a lot. The reason I even have a question is that every time I run the cleaner, or when it notifies me I have too many junk files, it always seems to be around 1.7 gig and I'm wondering if this could even be possible time and time again.

Can someone look into the software and let me know if it works and/or if any benefits outweigh what it may be causing me in battery life and ram?
