battery problem

helo guys .. i have a big problem in my android phone .... my phone is auto shut down when he reach 30% .... i have changed my battery...did a factory reset ..flash new rom ... nothing helped me .. so i nstalled an app that measure how many mA that battery take it in charging ...so i discovered that my phone gets only 1900 mA in charging and the voltage got higher and the battery metter says he has 100% .. but he has 3000 mA in the capacity ...... anyone can help me ? and sory for may bad english....

Go to settings, battery usage, there should be settings to stop your phone from shutting down at 30% charge.
You should be able to set that for any %.
That setting may also be in your power savings feature.

Try flashing rom see if that helps
