Facetime reliable substitute

hello everyone.

I was looking for an app that can substitute apple's facetime. I want to go back to android, but we make facetime calls in my family. I need a reliable app that can make a group video calls with a single tap, without the need to add members individually everytime you want to make the video call. It would be great if I could answer the video call in my computer.
Is there any app that can do this?
