HTC Evo 3D — Can you create subfolders?

Does anyone know how to create subfolders? I created a folder to locate all of my game shortcuts. I'd like to create a subfolder to organize them. I can't seem to gigure out how to do that,

I use an app called app folder...works great for us that have way too many apps!
