I randomly came across this forum after reading this interesting blog post about Verizon and its customer service.
The thing is that I've just come to the end of my AT&T 2 year contract and I am wondering whether I should stick with them or switch to Verizon. From the looks of it, Verizon offers a much better selection of Android phones, but a friend of mine had an absolute horror story with them when he tried returning his phone. AT&T's customer reps are crappy and I haven't been happy with them either. So I'm sort at a loss as to which company I should go for.
Also, I should mention that I travel a lot (to UK, Europe and Asia) and I want a GSM phone so that I can pop in a local SIM card when I arrive. I heard that all Verizon phones don't have SIM card slots? Is this true? Can anyone share some of their personal experiences?
Thanks!!!
