Is there an app that adjusts ringer volume based on background sounds?

It'd be really sweet if my phone would automatically ring loudly when I'm at a club but softly when Im at home. Has anyone come up with something like this?

Ive never thought about that but Im in love with the idea... I did some quick google-fu and came up with these:

Foxyring
Smart Volume Controller
Locale

Im going to try out the free ones but they are all kind of old so I'm worried about compatibility but hopefully it will all workout.

If I find something else new Ill post it here or if someone else knows of one please let me know!

I just tried to install Foxyring and it crashed on me. Anyone else have that issue? Concept seems cool but if the program wont load..... :angry:

Foxyring worked fine for me. Im running and Xperia play with Android 2.3 and it worked fine for me. I haven't gotten a chance to really play around with it much but at least it's running fine.
