We have completely reimplemented this live wallpaper on the new engine, optimized for phones and tablets.

Now, in the pro version you can also put flag of your country near the spaceman :)

Sure, no problem. Usually we use Andengine framework (GLES 2.0 version) - andengine.org and our own stuff.
