This Rom is based on I9300ZSEMA1 4.1.2. Just root the device with Odin3 and you will enjoy a more simple and energy saving Rom compare to the original one.
New features of ZSEMA1 include:
-Samsung Chinese keyboard
-Snapshots up to 20 times
-Note II media browser
-Multi Window
-Quick setting button and Notification Panel: at most 10 icon
-Smart Rotation
-Paper Artist
-Group Cast
Root:
- Open the file [KIES_HOME_I9300ZSEMA1_I9300OZSEMA1_788895_REV00_user_low_ship.tar. md5 ]
- Put the file in pda, no need to choose Re-partition
- After that your device will trace back to the official 3e Recovery mode
