Android app for playing a small greeting message to the caller instead of phone ringing tune

Is it possible that during a call a greeting message is played to the caller before I am able to answer? For example: "Welcome, Please wait while the call is picked" ? Is there any Android app that can do this functionality? How do I search for this feature on Android? Is there any name for this feature of playing a greeting message to caller?
