Google Play Content Language

I am English, but I live in France. Because my IP address is French, Google Play only shows me FRENCH content. How can I get ENGLISH content?

Thanks Mary for your response.
I retired from the software world 10 years ago and have ony recently ventured into the Android world, and a lot of rust has formed since then!
I can't see how using a VPN is going to help, as my IP address will still be the same, or will it?
The real answer must be for Google to add a 'Language' selection button to their site - many users seem to have the same problem.
I can't find any way to contact Gogle Play, they do not want to have any contact with their users!

Hi, you should root your phone and then set your phone setting for IP address.

Is your language setting using English(UK) or English(US)

Use some of the VPN proxy server like TOR or droid proxy, proxy server there is a huge collection of proxies available for Android users by Android application developers ! Admin edit: **links are forbidden**
