Are there any ways that can make my APK's source code invisible to other people？

Recently I developed an Android application with my friend. I am worrying my APK may decompile by other people someday. Are there any available ways that can help me add a protect shell to my APK, or make the source code invisible to other people?

You may try to isolate Java program, encrypt Class file or obfuscated code to protect your APK. As for the detailed procedure, you may google it. Besides, I also learned there is an apkprotect.com through internet, which can encrypt APK online. It is much more simpler than you do encryption manually. I have tried and it is good. You may have a try.
