No upgrade option for purchased app

I initially downloaded the trial version of SwitKey from Play.
I subsequently purchased full version from androidPit.
This is Version 4.0.1, they are now on 4.2
I have not had any upgrade notifications at all since then from either site

On Play it says free one is "installed"
On AndoidPit it says the purchased one is "installed"

There is no option on either to upgrade my purchased version, anyone got a solution?

Found out eventually by excruciating trial and error

Seems the only way to do it is by downloading the androidpit app here and installing on your mobile

Once you've got it, there's a "my Apps" on the bottom right of the screen; I clicked on Swifkey and got an upgrade option but only after marking it for uninstall on the web site!
If you do that, DON'T click the app's synchronise button until you've got the upgrade!

You can cancel the "marked for uninstall" under the options button on your mobile

Support for this site and their purchased apps is APPALLING and I'll only ever use it again to upgrade the few apps I've bought on here
