App for data collection

Hello, everyone.

I'm looking for ways to collect data (accelerometer, gyroscope, and touched points) for my research.

I've read many research papers which are about some professional technique based on the collected data.

The researchers used some special apps to collect data, but I cannot find it.

If I can make my own app, it would be good, but I don't know how to make it.

Is there anyone who has or introduce any app for data collection?

The app should have some functions.

1. It has to run in back ground

2. It has to collect data of accelerometer, gyroscope, and touched points


I will be also glad if I have some information of how to get the data.
