How do I get rid of the Korowai Cloak download?

I keep getting three notifications that the download is complete. The notifications keep coming back.
This is what they say:

How can I get rid of this or what is it?

It's an issue with the 4.3 update. Fairly straight forward to cure, use one or all of the following steps:
1.
Go to Apps through the Home screen.
Tap Downloads.
Clear all download histories in the Internet downloads and Other downloads tab by ticking all the box in the left side of the download history, and then tap the Trash can icon to delete all of them.

2.
Go to Settings.
Tap Application manager.
Swipe to the All screen.
Scroll down to find Downloads, then tap it.
Tap Clear cache button.
Tap Clear data button followed by tapping OK button.
Tap Force stop button followed by tapping OK button.
Restart the phone.

3.
Go to Settings.
Tap Application manager.
Swipe to the All screen.
Scroll down to find Download manager, then tap it.
Tap Clear cache button.
Tap Clear data button followed by tapping OK button.
Tap Force stop button followed by tapping OK button.
Restart the phone.
