Android Note, 4.0.3, Dual Sim, is Not Rooted

Hi members !

Is it possible to 'upgrade' up to 4.2 + on this 5"mobile...its Chinese..and in size is same as my 5" Note 3 ...it does things very SSSLLLLOOOWWW !..

I don't know if upgrades are available. There's an XDA thread here on how to root, install a custom recovery, and flash a custom rom (still ICS). As before, Alec ;) it's a mediatek chipset device. You can google for a generic upgrade, but I wouldn't really advise it...
