ADT based on juno - installation of BIRT always fails

Hello again.
In order to use datasources, datasets and DataTables and DataRows like in c# I was reading about BIRT and tried to install it several times.
But I always get this error:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=profile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,com.android.ide.eclipse.base,22.3.0.v201310242005-887826
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,com.android.ide.eclipse.ddms,22.3.0.v201310242005-887826
No repository found containing: org.eclipse.update.feature,com.android.ide.eclipse.ddms,22.3.0.v201310242005-887826

When I change BIRT to 3.7 a similar error occurs, telling me, that apperver.help[special_version_number) is missing.

How can I solve this problems to get BIRT installed properly ?
(BTW: Is BIRT the right approach to create Strongly typed datasets ??? ).
