All Paid apps and most free apps are missing on my playstore... Is anyone experiencing this problem?

Hmm... that is strange.. what version of Android are you running? Have you tried backing your phone up and doing a factory restore?

some application are region dependent means they are not available for some regions, i think try change in the region might help you.
