Huawei Ascend G525 — HUAWEI Ascend Y300 Weather app - how to get it back on home page

When I received my Y300 it had a weather app on the top half of the home page, I accidentally removed it. How can I get it back. I have the app still on the phone but cannot see how to make it appear only on the top half on the home page.

I'm not familiar with the Huawei home, but normally it's long-press on home screen, select the widget (it may have a few sizes/options at the widget selection) and drop it on your homescreen. After that, long-press the widget and it should let you resize it.
