LG Nexus 5 have 8 mp camera and android version upgradable to 4.4.3
Lg g2 have 13 Mp camera and android version upgradable to 4.4.2 all other functions are same fro both devices
its good to buy LG G2

I've used both. LG G2 is an amazing device, but i still prefer the Nexus 5 because of stock Android. I'm not that big on the camera so nexus 5 was good enough for me. If you want a good camera, go for LG G2, if not then go with the Nexus 5.
