Hello there,
I suggest to buy Moto E device!
Also ensure that it is not came from CDMA carriers.
to be able to know if your device will be unlocked.

How to Unlock Motorola Moto E?

Switch ON your phone with a not allowed SIM Card,
Motorola Moto E show "Enter Special Code",
You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you.

WARNING : If one of theses messages appear :

"Contact Service Provider"
"Tampert Alter"
"Wait before enter special Code"
"Contact Service"

It's because you or somebody already enter too many wrong codes. You just have to let Motorola Moto E ON on theses errors messages. After 40 min to 2 hours maximum, the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

Google everything and everywhere on E4. Im not tech savvy at all, but new 7.0 android a bit much for me. But, for teen probably perfect. My music files store in my pictures acct ??. Dont like built in music player, but still not a bad phone, just seems basic... Contact list stored in google only,, no phone only contact list.
