So, team I got this weird feeling of doing all the freaking experiments over my Tab2 P3100 because I have Nexus 6 to attend all my important calls 
So this weird feeling has raise the devil inside me to flash my tab again with Cyanogemod 11, I have used CM10 previously but because of the feeling that running stock ROM is a good idea I have unrooted my device. Anyway if I talk about now I am running CM11 over my tab, everything is superb I must say cyanogen team is doing a great work. 
but there's one freaking problem over it and its called cell broadcast messages 
they are flooding my device with notification, and I hate those broadcast messages I have tried using the app NoBloat free to disable the same but I would say it's not working and now freaking me out .
Do any one have anything to help me up !! 
or I need to throw my tab over the dustbin
